30-series Keyhole Connection

A 7.5 mm through hole for a hex key is drilled in the profile. An M8 thread is made in the center hole of the counter profile with a threading tap M8. An M8x25 Ball Head Cap Screw and a square M8 washer are installed on the thread. The screw and washer are slid into the groove at the keyhole, allowing the connection to be tightened. This provides a strong connection, and the keyhole is hidden in the groove. If the connection must be movable, take a look at the Fastlocks.

A keyhole connection can also be made in the profile groove using an M6X12 Ball Head Cap Screw, Square Washer and Square Nut.
