Installing to Profile Groove 30-series

The panel element is dimensioned 15 mm larger than the hole where the panel is installed. For example, a 1000×1000 mm hole requires a 1015×1015 mm panel. In this way, the panel sits properly into the grooves of the profile.

Installing the panel to the groove with the Mounting Strip 30 is done by placing the panel in the grooves of the profile, after which the Mounting Strip is pressed into the groove next to the panel. The Mounting Strips are cut in such a way that the vertical strips are full length, and the horizontal strips are 2 mm shorter than the hole.

Attaching the panel to the groove with Panel Seal 30 is done in the same way as on the Mounting Strip, but it is good to use a Silicone Stick during installation, as it makes it easier for the rubber seal to go into the groove. The Panel Seal can be easily cut with scissors into suitable length, the corners can be cut slightly at an angle to get a clean seam.
